Software for tattoo parlors

Individual tattooers. One connected parlor.

Give your shop a shared view of the business while each connected tattooer keeps their own portfolio, services, and appointment calendar.

The shop view

Bring your team together without losing the individual.

A parlor account connects existing tattooer accounts to the shop. Each tattooer can keep a public portfolio, manage services, and use their own appointment calendar.

The parlor gets a place to review connected tattooers and their bookings, with a team calendar for the bigger picture.

Built for the team

One place to see the shop.

A public parlor page.

Share your shop details and introduce your connected tattooers. Clients can find the tattooer whose work fits their idea.

Shared schedule visibility.

Review connected tattooers’ appointment activity and use the parlor calendar to see the team’s schedule.

Individual portfolios.

Each tattooer has their own public page and booking flow. The parlor connection brings those accounts into the shop’s workspace.

Payment destination

Be clear about where the money goes.

When a tattooer accepts a parlor connection, the parlor becomes the selected destination for new payments. Live card payments become available when the parlor merchant account is approved and activated.

The parlor receives the merchant payouts and is responsible for paying its tattooers. Parlors POS does not automatically split a payout between the shop and tattooer.

For U.S. tattoo parlors

Start with the way your shop works.

Use a parlor account when your shop needs connected tattooers, shared schedule visibility, and payments routed to the parlor. An independent tattooer can start with a tattooer account and connect to a parlor later.

Less admin. More ink.
